5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid to Two Coats Film Production LLC for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. 6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an engagement as set forth in the applicable contract. Upon termination, Two Coats Film Production LLC will deliver work completed and paid for, and client remains responsible for fees and costs incurred through the termination date.
